Job summary

Casey’s is seeking a Kitchen Manager in Beloit, Kansas. You’ll lead the kitchen team, train staff, and partner with the Store Manager to ensure smooth operations and excellent guest experiences.

Responsibilities include enforcing food safety standards, managing inventory, and optimizing prepared foods and beverages to maximize productivity and profitability. This role supports Store leadership and may require performing Store Team Member duties as needed.

Qualifications

• Must be able to train, guide, and coach kitchen Team Members.
• Strong focus on food safety standards and cleanliness.
• Experience managing inventory and kitchen operations.

Responsibilities

• Actively train, guide, and engage kitchen Team Members, delegate tasks effectively, and coach for success.
• Under supervision of Store Manager, manage and influence operational activities in prepared foods and dispensed beverages to optimize performance.
• Partner with Store Manager to be accountable for all kitchen activities, maintaining 5S standards, and ensuring smooth daily operations.
• Oversee kitchen inventory and maintain accurate stock levels.
• Anticipate and resolve guest concerns related to kitchen service, keeping Store Manager informed.
• Model and coach to Casey’s CARES values: Commitment, Authenticity, Respect, Evolving, Service.
• Proficiently perform Store Team Member duties when needed.
