• Train, guide and engage kitchen Team Members and coach for success.
• Under Store Manager supervision, manage kitchen activities in prepared foods and dispensed beverages.
• Collaborate with Store Manager to oversee all kitchen activities and maintain 5S standards.
• Oversee kitchen inventory and maintain stock accuracy.
• Anticipate and resolve guest concerns related to kitchen service.

• Perform Store Team Member duties when needed.
