Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill is seeking a Kitchen Leader to oversee food preparation, ensure quality and safety, and train Crew members for future leadership roles. You will manage stock, monitor waste, and maintain a clean, efficient kitchen while promoting teamwork across back-of-house and front-of-house teams.

You will contribute to a great customer experience as you lead by example on policies, safety, and operational excellence in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications
