Chipotle Mexican Grill is seeking a Kitchen Leader to learn and oversee food preparation, grilling, and sautéing while training Crew to become future Kitchen Leaders. You will help ensure food quality, safety, and efficient service, guiding team members and maintaining a clean, well-stocked kitchen.

You'll model teamwork, promote a positive customer experience, and handle tasks to support throughput. Prior restaurant experience and a high school diploma are preferred; opportunities for

Qualifications

• Must understand and articulate Chipotle’s Food With Integrity philosophy.
• Must have basic food handling knowledge and safety practices.
• Experience in restaurant environment preferred.

Responsabilités

• Prepare and cook food to order, following kitchen procedures.

• Support and train Crew to become future Kitchen Leaders.
