Qualifications

• Minimum of 6-10 years of experience in a BOH kitchen role.
• Proven track record of managing kitchen staff and operations effectively.
• Culinary degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Flexible schedule, including early mornings and weekends 40 hours a week if you can open at 430am.
• Breakfast and lunch is a must.

Responsibilities

• Lead kitchen operations, ensuring high standards of food quality and presentation.

• Coordinate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service and guest experiences.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and storage areas.
