Qualifications

• Experience in breakfast and lunch service.
• ServeSafe or Food Handler certification required.
• Ability to read and follow recipes.
• Calm under pressure with strong time management.
• Able to stand long hours and lift up to 40 pounds.
• Excellent kitchen organization and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Open the kitchen 7am-230pm.
• Set up the kitchen with necessary tools and equipment.
• Prepare food and present it appealingly.
• Read and complete POS tasks with the team.
• Follow all food safety regulations.
• Participate in daily kitchen opening and closing procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned by head chef or management.
• Collaborate with kitchen manager and owner.
