Job summary

NextGen Hospitality Solutions in Tallahassee, FL is seeking a Kitchen Manager to lead a high-volume, polished casual restaurant. You will build and mentor a kitchen team, drive operational excellence, and shape the culinary experience for hundreds of guests weekly.

You’ll oversee all kitchen operations during peak service, train staff, enforce strict food safety standards, and manage inventory and costs. A 3+ year track record in kitchen leadership and a Food Handler certification are required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of kitchen management or senior culinary leadership experience.
• Proven ability to lead, motivate, and manage a diverse kitchen team.
• Deep knowledge of food safety and sanitation compliance.
