Terry's Grill in Jacksonville, FL is seeking experienced servers to join our breakfast and lunch service. We value guests through friendly, efficient service, accurate order taking, and teamwork to create memorable dining experiences.

Two openings: one full-time and one part-time. Successful candidates will have strong communication, the ability to multitask during peak hours, and a passion for outstanding customer service. Flexible weekend availability is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
• No trainees, if you don't meet the 4 years experience we will not invite you for an interview
• No job hoppers
• Strong knowledge of food and beverage service standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a team-oriented environment.
• Current food handler's certification is a plus.
• Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
• Positive attitude and a passion for providing outstanding customer service.
• Ability to multitask and thrive under pressure during peak hours.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly and efficient service to all guests during breakfast and lunch hours.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and ensure timely delivery.
• Maintain a clean and organized dining area, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues with professionalism.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure menu items are prepared and served correctly.
• Process payments and manage cash register operations accurately.
• Upsell menu items and promote daily specials to enhance guest experience.
• Adhere to health and safety regulations while maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
