Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill in the United States is seeking a Kitchen Leader to learn how to prepare great food, grill meats, and sauté vegetables. You are responsible for ensuring our food is absolutely delicious, ordering the food, and training Crew to become future Kitchen Leaders.

The Kitchen Leader helps ensure food quality and safety, keeps the kitchen clean, organized, and stocked, and maintains equipment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Restaurant experience required.
• Ability to lead and train Crew members.

Responsibilities

• Cook and prep food to order following kitchen procedures.
• Monitor food waste and inventory; resolve quality issues.
• Foster teamwork between back of house and front of house.
• Develop Crew members to become future Kitchen Leaders.
• Communicate effectively with Crew and customers to ensure great service.
