Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill is seeking a Kitchen Leader in our Ohio region. You will learn to prepare great food, grill meats, sauté vegetables, and train others to become future Kitchen Leaders.

You’ll ensure food quality, safety, and an outstanding customer experience while promoting teamwork across back-of-house and front-of-house staff. Responsibilities include maintaining kitchen cleanliness, inventory, and equipment, and coaching Crew members to meet operational goals.

• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Ability to follow food safety standards and procedures.
