Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill, Inc. is seeking a Kitchen Leader in our Ohio location to learn and oversee food preparation, grilling meats, and sautéing vegetables. You will order food, train Crew members, and model teamwork to deliver a great customer experience.

You’ll ensure food quality, keep the kitchen clean and stocked, and maintain equipment in good repair while promoting a positive, fast-paced work environment. This role emphasizes safety, throughput, and developing future Kitchen Leaders.

Qualifications

• Restaurant experience required.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Understand Chipotle’s Food With Integrity philosophy.

Responsibilities

• Cook and prep food to order following kitchen procedures.
• Monitor food quality and inventory; resolve issues.
• Support a strong team dynamic between back of house and front of house.
• Develop Crew into future Kitchen Leaders.
• Communicate effectively with Crew and customers to ensure great service.
• Maintain clean, sanitized kitchen; keep equipment in good repair.
• Ensure safety guidelines to prevent injuries.
• Complete MSDS and FIFO documentation as needed.
