Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill in Lawrenceville, GA is seeking a Kitchen Leader to master food prep, grill meats, and train Crew to become future Kitchen Leaders. You will ensure food quality, safety, cleanliness, and stock management while modeling teamwork and delivering a great guest experience.

You’ll lead by example, coordinate with back-of-house and front-of-house teams, and drive daily efficiency and standards in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma.
• Restaurant experience preferred.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Customer service oriented.

Responsibilities

• Ensure food quality by cooking and prepping to order and following kitchen procedures.
• Maintain clean, organized, and well-stocked kitchen; ensure equipment is maintained.
• Train Crew members to become future Kitchen Leaders.
• Promote teamwork between back of house and front of house crews.
• Communicate effectively with Crew members and customers to ensure great service.
• Monitor inventory and waste; follow FIFO procedures.
