Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill is seeking a Kitchen Leader in Suwanee, GA to learn and lead food preparation, grilling, and sautéing of vegetables. You will train Crew to become future Kitchen Leaders and ensure food quality, cleanliness, and safety across the kitchen while promoting teamwork and delivering a great customer experience.

You will mentor crew, manage inventory, and help achieve station goals while actively serving as a role model for the team.

Qualifications

• Must have restaurant experience.
• Understand and articulate Chipotle’s Food With Integrity philosophy.
• Speak, write and understand the primary language of the work location.

Responsibilities

• Ensure food quality by cooking and prepping food to order and following kitchen procedures.
• Monitor food waste and inventory levels and resolve quality issues.
• Support a strong team dynamic between back of house and front of house crews.
• Develop crew members to become future Kitchen Leaders.
• Communicate effectively with crew and customers to ensure great service.
