Chipotle Mexican Grill in Columbus, GA is seeking a Kitchen Leader to mentor Crew, master food prep, and maintain a smooth, safe kitchen. You will train others to become future Kitchen Leaders while delivering great guest experiences.

You will learn to manage food quality, stock, and equipment, ensuring a clean and efficient operation every day. This is a hands-on role with growth opportunities and a strong team focus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Restaurant experience required.
• Ability to understand Chipotle’s Food With Integrity philosophy.
• Ability to speak and understand the work location language.

Responsibilities

• Cook and prep food to order following kitchen procedures.
• Monitor food waste and inventory levels.
• Support a strong team dynamic between back of house and front of house.
• Develop Crew members to be future Kitchen Leaders.
• Communicate effectively with Crew members and customers.
• Ensure kitchen cleanliness and sanitation.
• Maintain equipment and arrange repairs when needed.
• Ensure safety guidelines to prevent injuries.
• Complete MSDS and FIFO documentation.
