Qualifications

• Understand and articulate Chipotle’s Food With Integrity philosophy.

• Have restaurant experience.

Responsibilities

• Cook and prep food to order following kitchen procedures.
• Monitor inventory and resolve food quality issues.
• Support a strong team dynamic between back- and front-of-house.
• Develop Crew members into future Kitchen Leaders.
• Ensure kitchen is clean, stocked, and safe.
• Maintain equipment and safety guidelines.
• Follow MSDS and FIFO procedures.
