Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill in Georgia is seeking a Kitchen Leader to help prep great food, grill meats, and sauté vegetables with a focus on quality and safety. You will train Crew members and ensure the kitchen runs smoothly to deliver a superior guest experience.

You will lead by example, promote teamwork, and keep the kitchen organized, clean, and well stocked while meeting station goals and safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• Understand and articulate Chipotle's Food With Integrity philosophy.
• Able to write and understand the primary language of the work location.
• Must have a high school diploma.
• Restaurant experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Follow Chipotle policies and procedures, cook and prep food to order.
• Monitor food waste and inventory; resolve quality issues.
• Support team dynamics between back of house and front of house.
• Develop Crew members to future Kitchen Leaders.
• Communicate effectively with Crew and customers for great service.
• Ensure kitchen and equipment are clean, safe, and well maintained.
• Assist with MSDS and FIFO processes.
