Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill in Norcross, GA is seeking a Kitchen Leader to learn and lead food prep, grilling, sautéing, and kitchen operations. You will train Crew, maintain quality, safety, and cleanliness while keeping the kitchen stocked and efficient.

You’ll collaborate with back-of-house and front-of-house teams to deliver a great guest experience and uphold Chipotle’s Food With Integrity philosophy. Previous restaurant experience is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Restaurant experience preferred.
• Ability to understand Chipotle’s Food With Integrity philosophy.

Responsibilities

• Ensure food quality by cooking and prepping to order.
• Monitor food waste and inventory levels.
• Support a strong team dynamic between back of house and front of house.
• Develop Crew members to be future Kitchen Leaders.
• Communicate effectively with Crew members and customers to ensure great service.
• Maintain kitchen cleanliness and sanitation.
• Ensure equipment is maintained and repairs are addressed quickly.
• Follow safety guidelines to prevent injuries.
• Complete MSDS and FIFO documentation when applicable.
