Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill is seeking a Kitchen Leader in the United States. You will learn to prepare great food, grill meats, and sauté vegetables, while training others to become future Kitchen Leaders.

You’ll ensure kitchen quality, safety, cleanliness, and stock, while modeling teamwork and delivering a great customer experience. Responsibilities include cooking to order, monitoring inventory, developing Crew members, and maintaining equipment and safety standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Restaurant experience preferred.
• Ability to lead and train Crew members.

Responsibilities

• Cook and prep food to order following kitchen procedures.
• Monitor inventory and waste; ensure food quality.
• Train and develop Crew into future Kitchen Leaders.
• Maintain kitchen cleanliness and safety.
• Ensure equipment is maintained and repairs are addressed.
• Provide excellent customer service and throughput.
• Follow MSDS and FIFO processes.
