Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill, Inc. is seeking a Kitchen Leader in Hershey, PA. You will learn to prepare great food, grill meats, and sauté vegetables, while training others to become future Kitchen Leaders. You’ll ensure quality, safety, cleanliness, and proper stock levels to deliver a consistently excellent guest experience.

You’ll promote teamwork, support back- and front-of-house Crew, and model strong work ethic. Experience in a restaurant and a high school diploma are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Restaurant experience preferred.
• Ability to articulate Chipotle’s Food With Integrity philosophy.

Responsibilities

• Cook and prep food to order following kitchen procedures.
• Monitor inventory and waste; address food quality issues.
• Foster teamwork between back-of-house and front-of-house crews.
• Develop crew members to become future Kitchen Leaders.
• Communicate effectively with crew and customers to ensure great service.
• Keep kitchen clean, organized and well stocked; maintain equipment.
• Ensure safety guidelines are followed to prevent injuries or accidents.
• Complete MSDS and FIFO documentation as required.
