Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill is seeking a Kitchen Leader in Allison Park, PA to learn and supervise food preparation, train Crew, and uphold quality standards. You will ensure safety, cleanliness, and efficient kitchen operations while promoting teamwork and delivering a great guest experience.

You will mentor Crew members toward becoming future Kitchen Leaders, manage inventory, and support equipment maintenance and safety compliance in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Food safety awareness and sanitation practices.
• Ability to train and mentor Crew members.
• Strong teamwork and communication with front and back of house.

Responsibilities

• Prepare food to order and monitor kitchen procedures.
• Ensure food quality and inventory levels.
• Lead and train Crew to become Kitchen Leaders.
• Maintain clean, organized workstations and sanitation standards.
• Monitor equipment and report maintenance needs.
• Foster a positive, efficient team environment.
• Support safety protocols to prevent injuries or accidents.
• Assist with MSDS and FIFO processes as needed.
