Chipotle Mexican Grill, Inc. in Canonsburg, PA, seeks a Kitchen Leader to learn and oversee food preparation, grilling, and sautéing while training Crew to become future Kitchen Leaders.

You will ensure delicious, safe, and properly prepared food, and keep the kitchen clean, organized, and well stocked. You will promote teamwork between back-of-house and front-of-house, monitor inventory and waste, and mentor Crew members to grow into leadership roles.

Formación

• High school diploma required.
• Restaurant experience preferred.
• Ability to understand and articulate Chipotle’s Food With Integrity philosophy.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare food to order and follow kitchen procedures.
• Monitor inventory and food waste; resolve quality issues.
• Support teamwork between back-of-house and front-of-house crews.
• Develop Crew members to be future Kitchen Leaders.
• Communicate effectively with Crew and customers to ensure great service.
• Keep kitchen clean and sanitized.
• Maintain equipment and ensure repairs are done promptly.
• Ensure safety guidelines are followed to prevent injuries.
• Complete MSDS and Inventory Rotation (FIFO).
