You will work with the Kitchen Manager to manage budgeted expenses, communicate problems, supervise food temperatures, assist in ordering, and ensure safe, clean operations. Basic in-house training for sanitation and clear communication are required.

Qualifications

• Basic sanitation, safety, and customer service taught through in-house training.
• Must be able to communicate clearly.

Responsibilities

• Oversee kitchen staff to meet daily goals and maintain guest satisfaction.
• Work with Kitchen Manager to keep budgets within limits and identify improvements.
• Maintain a clean and safe facility, monitor food temperatures.
• Communicate clearly with staff and vendors; assist in ordering and receiving goods.
