Chipotle Mexican Grill, Inc. is hiring a Kitchen Leader to learn and lead the preparation of high-quality food, grill meats, and sauté vegetables while training Crew to become future Kitchen Leaders.

You’ll help ensure food quality, safety, and a positive customer experience in a fast-paced kitchen. As a Kitchen Leader, you’ll manage orders, stock, and equipment, promote teamwork between back of house and front of house, and contribute to a safe, efficient, and enjoyable dining environment.

Qualifikationen

• Understand Chipotle’s Food With Integrity philosophy.
• Speak, write, and understand the primary language(s) of the work location.
• Have a high school diploma.
• Have restaurant experience.

Aufgaben

• Learning to prepare great food, grill meats, and sauté vegetables.
• Order food and train others to become future Kitchen Leaders.
• Ensure food quality by cooking and prepping to order and following kitchen procedures.
• Monitor food waste and inventory levels; resolve quality issues.
• Support a strong team dynamic between back of house and front of house Crew.
• Develop Crew members to be future Kitchen Leaders.
• Communicate effectively with Crew members and customers to ensure great service and throughput.
• Keep the kitchen clean, organized, and well stocked; maintain equipment.
• Ensure safety guidelines are met to prevent injuries.
• Fill out MSDS and FIFO inventories.
