Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill is hiring a Kitchen Leader to learn how to prepare great food, grill meats, and sauté vegetables while training others to become future Kitchen Leaders. You will ensure food quality and safety, maintain a clean and stocked kitchen, and model teamwork for the Crew to deliver a great customer experience.

You will also help troubleshoot food quality issues, support strong team dynamics between back-of-house and front-of-house, and participate in the development of Crew

Qualifications

• Restaurant experience is required.
• High school diploma required.
• Ability to understand Chipotle’s Food With Integrity philosophy.

Responsibilities

• Ensure food quality by cooking and prepping food to order according to kitchen procedures.
• Monitor cleanliness, organization, and inventory in the kitchen; maintain equipment.
• Support back-of-house and front-of-house crew to promote teamwork and great customer service.
