Chipotle Mexican Grill is seeking a Kitchen Leader in Rexburg, Idaho to learn and lead food preparation, grilling, and sautéing while ensuring quality and safety. You will train Crew for future Kitchen Leaders and maintain a clean, well-stocked kitchen and properly serviced equipment.

You’ll promote teamwork, support frontline and back-of-house Staff, and help drive a great customer experience through efficient service and food safety.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Restaurant experience is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Follow Chipotle policies and procedures to cook and prep food to order.
• Monitor food waste and inventory levels and resolve issues.
• Support a strong team dynamic between back of house and front of house.
• Develop Crew members to be future Kitchen Leaders.
• Communicate effectively with Crew and customers to ensure great service.
