Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill, Inc. in Redmond, OR is seeking a Kitchen Leader to learn how to prepare great food, grill meats, and sauté vegetables, while training Crew members to become future Kitchen Leaders.

You will help ensure food quality and safety, keep the kitchen clean and stocked, and maintain equipment in good condition. As a Kitchen Leader you’ll promote teamwork, support a positive customer experience, and model the Chipotle standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Restaurant experience preferred.
• Ability to promote teamwork and support crew development.

Responsibilities

• Cook and prep food to order following kitchen procedures.
• Monitor food waste and inventory and resolve quality issues.
• Develop Crew members to become future Kitchen Leaders.
• Maintain kitchen cleanliness and safety and ensure equipment is in good repair.
• Communicate effectively with Crew and customers to ensure great service.
