Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill is seeking a Kitchen Leader to learn cooking, grilling meats, and sautéing vegetables, with responsibility for ensuring delicious food and training future Kitchen Leaders. You will help maintain quality, cleanliness, and stock while promoting teamwork and a great customer experience.

You will lead a busy kitchen, ensure food safety, manage tasks, and support Crew members in meeting station goals and service throughput.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment is preferred.
• Strong leadership and teamwork abilities are essential.

Responsibilities

• Cook and prep food to order following kitchen procedures.
• Monitor inventory and food quality; resolve issues.
• Lead and train Crew to develop future Kitchen Leaders.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the kitchen.
• Ensure safety guidelines and prevent injuries.
• Collaborate with Crew and customers to ensure great service.
