Chipotle Mexican Grill in Kent, OH is seeking a Kitchen Leader to coach Crew, ensure food quality, manage line stations, and train future Kitchen Leaders. You will drive teamwork, maintain high kitchen standards, and model performance during busy service periods.

You’ll monitor inventory, uphold safety standards, and promote a positive guest experience while supporting ongoing team development and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Understand Chipotle's Food With Integrity philosophy.
• Speak, write, and understand the primary language of the work location.
• Must have a high school diploma.
• Restaurant experience required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure food quality by cooking and prep to order.
• Monitor inventory and food waste; resolve quality issues.
• Support team dynamics between back and front of house.
• Develop Crew members to future Kitchen Leaders.
• Communicate effectively with Crew and customers to ensure great service.
• Keep kitchen clean, sanitized and well-maintained.
• Ensure equipment is functional and safe.
• Maintain safety guidelines to prevent injuries.
• Complete MSDS and FIFO inventory processes.
