Chipotle Mexican Grill is seeking a Kitchen Leader to learn and perform cooking, grilling, and sautéing to deliver consistently delicious food. You will train Crew members, manage food quality, inventory, and safety, and support a cohesive back-of-house–front-of-house team to ensure a great guest experience.

You’ll help maintain a clean, well-stocked kitchen, ensure equipment is maintained, and model teamwork and customer service as you guide and develop future Kitchen Leaders.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Restaurant experience desired.
• Ability to speak, write, and understand the primary language of the work location.

Responsabilités

• Prepare and cook food to order following kitchen procedures.
• Monitor food quality, waste, and inventory levels.
• Support a strong team dynamic between back-of-house and front-of-house crews.
• Mentor Crew members to grow into Kitchen Leader roles.
• Ensure clean, organized, and sanitized kitchen environments.
