Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill in Monaca is seeking a Kitchen Leader to learn how to prepare great food, grill meats, and sauté vegetables. You will ensure food is delicious, order supplies, and train Crew members to become future Kitchen Leaders.

You will promote teamwork, keep the kitchen clean and stocked, maintain equipment, and model strong customer service and safety standards in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Have restaurant experience.
• Have the knowledge and ability to speak, write, and understand the primary language(s) of the work location.

Responsibilities

• Follow Chipotle policies and procedures while cooking and prepping food to order.
• Monitor food waste and inventories; resolve quality issues.
• Support a strong team dynamic between back-of-house and front-of-house Crew.
• Develop Crew members to be future Kitchen Leaders.
• Communicate effectively with Crew members and customers to ensure great service and throughput.
• Ensure kitchen is clean, organized, and properly stocked; maintain equipment.
