Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill is seeking a Kitchen Leader to learn how to prepare great food, grill meats, and sauté vegetables. You are responsible for making sure our food is delicious, ordering ingredients, and training others to become future Kitchen Leaders.

The Kitchen Leader helps ensure quality and safety, keeps the kitchen clean and stocked, maintains equipment, and promotes teamwork to deliver a great customer experience. This role is on-site in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Understand Chipotle's Food With Integrity philosophy.
• Speak, write, and understand the primary language of the work location.
• High school diploma.
• Restaurant experience.

Responsibilities

• Cook and prep food to order following kitchen procedures.
• Monitor inventory and food waste.
• Train Crew members to become future Kitchen Leaders.
• Ensure food quality and safety daily.
• Maintain a clean, organized kitchen and properly functioning equipment.
