Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill group is seeking a Kitchen Leader to learn and perform food preparation, grill meats, and sauté vegetables. You will train Crew members to become future Kitchen Leaders and ensure the kitchen runs smoothly and safely.

You will help maintain quality, cleanliness, and inventory while promoting teamwork and delivering a great customer experience. This is a full-time role with opportunities to advance within the company.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Restaurant experience preferred.
• Ability to train and develop Crew to become Kitchen Leaders.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and grill food to order following Chipotle procedures.
• Maintain food quality by preventing waste and managing inventory.
• Keep kitchen clean, organized, and properly stocked.
• Lead and mentor Crew members to develop future Kitchen Leaders.
• Communicate effectively with Crew and customers to ensure great service.
• Ensure equipment is maintained and safe to use.
• adhere to safety guidelines to prevent injuries.
• Complete MSDS and FIFO tasks as part of inventory control.
