Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill is seeking a Kitchen Leader to guide the crew, ensure delicious, safe food, and keep a clean, well-stocked kitchen. You will train teammates to become future Kitchen Leaders and promote teamwork in a fast-paced environment.

In this role you’ll mentor staff, manage day-to-day operations, and uphold the company’s Food With Integrity philosophy while delivering a top-tier customer experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Restaurant experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Follow Chipotle policies to ensure food quality and safety.
• Cook and prep food to order while following kitchen procedures.
• Monitor inventory and food waste; resolve quality issues.
• Support back-of-house and front-of-house teamwork.
• Develop Crew members to become future Kitchen Leaders.
• Communicate effectively with Crew and customers for great service.
