Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill, Inc. is seeking a Kitchen Leader to master food preparation, maintain quality, and train Crew members to become future Kitchen Leaders. You will ensure a clean, organized kitchen, monitor inventory, and uphold safety standards while promoting teamwork to deliver a great guest experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required or equivalent.
• Experience in a restaurant setting preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively with Crew and customers.
• Knowledge of food safety standards and kitchen procedures.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook food to order while following Chipotle procedures.
• Monitor inventory and food waste; maintain quality control.
• Train and develop Crew to become future Kitchen Leaders.
• Ensure kitchen cleanliness, organization and equipment maintenance.
• Promote teamwork between back-of-house and front-of-house Crews.
• Maintain safety guidelines to prevent injuries or accidents.
• Complete MSDS and FIFO documentation as required.
