Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill, Inc. is seeking a Kitchen Leader to prepare delicious food, grill meats, and train Crew to become future Kitchen Leaders. You’ll ensure quality, safety, and a clean, well-stocked kitchen while upholding Chipotle’s standards.

You will promote teamwork, support staff development, and help deliver a great customer experience. This is a hands-on, fast-paced role with opportunities for growth within the restaurant network.

Qualifications

• Food safety and quality control during prep and service.
• Strong communication with Crew and customers.
• Ability to train and develop Crew into leaders.
• Proven restaurant experience and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Ensure food quality by cooking and prepping to order and following procedures.
• Monitor waste and inventory and resolve quality issues.
• Support teamwork between back-of-house and front-of-house Crews.
• Develop Crew members to become Kitchen Leaders.
• Communicate effectively with Crew and customers for great service.
• Keep kitchen clean, sanitized and well-maintained equipment.
