Chipotle Mexican Grill is seeking a Kitchen Leader to learn and execute cooking and prep duties, lead and train Crew members, and maintain a clean, safe, and well-stocked kitchen. You will ensure food quality, manage inventory, and promote teamwork to deliver an exceptional customer experience.

The role emphasizes training, mentorship, and hands-on leadership to develop future Kitchen Leaders while upholding Chipotle’s food standards and safety policies in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Restaurant experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Cook and prep food to order following kitchen procedures.
• Monitor food quality, waste, and inventory.
• Lead and train Crew to develop future Kitchen Leaders.
• Maintain clean, organized, and properly stocked kitchen; ensure equipment is working.
• Ensure safety guidelines are followed to prevent injuries.
