Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill is seeking a Kitchen Leader to learn and perform food preparation, grill meats, and sauté vegetables to deliver delicious meals. You will order ingredients and train Crew members to grow into Kitchen Leaders.

You’ll help ensure food quality, safety, cleanliness, and proper stocking, while maintaining equipment and promoting teamwork to create a superior customer experience. The role is active on the restaurant floor, with a focus on throughput and safety.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Restaurant experience preferred.
• Understand Chipotle’s Food With Integrity philosophy.

Responsibilities

• Prepare great food by grilling meats and sautéing vegetables to order.
• Order food and train Crew to become future Kitchen Leaders.
• Maintain kitchen cleanliness, safety, and stocking levels; ensure equipment is functional.
• Foster teamwork between back-of-house and front-of-house Crew to deliver great customer service.
