Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill, Inc. is seeking a Kitchen Leader to learn and perform food preparation, grilling and sautéing, while training future Kitchen Leaders. You will manage orders, ensure quality and safety, maintain a clean and stocked kitchen, and model teamwork on busy shifts.

You will guide Crew members, uphold Chipotle’s standards, and contribute to delivering a strong customer experience and efficient throughput every day.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is required.
• Restaurant experience is required.
• Ability to understand and articulate Chipotle’s Food With Integrity philosophy.

Responsibilities

• Ensure food quality by cooking and prepping food to order and following kitchen procedures.
• Monitor food waste and inventory levels and resolve food quality issues.
• Support a strong team dynamic between back of house and front of house crews.
• Develop Crew members to be future Kitchen Leaders.
• Communicate with Crew members and customers to ensure great service and throughput.
