Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill, Inc. is seeking a Kitchen Leader to learn and perform food preparation, grilling, and sautéing while training Crew to become future Kitchen Leaders. You’ll oversee food quality, safety, inventory, and maintaining a clean, well-stocked kitchen.

The role emphasizes teamwork, efficient throughput, and delivering a great customer experience. As a Kitchen Leader, you’ll model strong work ethic, supervise daily tasks, and help Crew grow into leaders.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Experience in a restaurant setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook food to order following kitchen procedures.
