Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill in Fletcher, NC is seeking a Kitchen Leader to learn and lead food preparation, grill meats, and sauté vegetables. You will order food and train others to become future Kitchen Leaders, ensuring delicious, safe, and high-quality meals.

You’ll keep the kitchen clean, stocked, and well maintained, support a strong team dynamic between back of house and front of house, and coach Crew members to meet standards and service goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Restaurant experience required.
• Ability to promote teamwork and model leadership.

Responsibilities

• Cook and prep food to order following kitchen procedures.
• Monitor food quality and inventory; resolve issues.
• Lead and train Crew to become future Kitchen Leaders.
• Collaborate with back- and front-of-house teams for great service.
• Ensure kitchen is clean, sanitized, and well stocked.
• Maintain equipment and prompt repairs when needed.
• Ensure a safe work environment and adherence to safety guidelines.
• Follow MSDS and FIFO processes.
