Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook food to order following kitchen procedures.
• Ensure food quality and monitor inventory and waste.
• Support a strong team dynamic between back of house and front of house.
• Develop Crew members to become future Kitchen Leaders.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety of the kitchen and equipment.
• Communicate effectively with Crew and customers to ensure great service.
• Assist in maintaining MSDS and FIFO practices.
