Chipotle Mexican Grill is hiring a Kitchen Leader who will learn to prepare great food, grill meats, and sauté vegetables, while training others to become future Kitchen Leaders. You will ensure quality, safety, cleanliness, and a well-stocked kitchen, promoting teamwork and delivering an excellent customer experience.

You will support a cohesive back- and front-of-house team, participate in inventory control, and help maintain equipment and site standards as part of a fast-paced, hands-on role.

Formación

• Have the ability to understand and articulate Chipotle’s Food With Integrity philosophy.
• Speak, write, and understand the primary language of the work location.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure food quality by cooking and prepping food to order and following kitchen procedures.
• Monitor food waste and inventory levels and resolve food quality issues.
• Support a strong team dynamic between back-of-house Crew and front-of-house Crew.
• Develop Crew members to be future Kitchen Leaders.
• Communicate with Crew members and customers to ensure great service and throughput.
• Ensure the kitchen is cleaned and sanitized.
• Monitor kitchen equipment and ensure it is in good repair and quickly fixed if malfunctioning.
• Ensure safety guidelines are followed to prevent injuries or accidents.
• Fill out MSDS and Inventory Rotation (FIFO).
