You will ensure food quality and safety, keep the kitchen clean and stocked, maintain equipment, and promote teamwork to deliver a remarkable customer experience every day.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma.
• Restaurant experience required.

Responsibilities

• Follow Chipotle policies and procedures and ensure food is prepared to order.
• Monitor food waste and inventory; resolve quality issues.
• Support a strong team dynamic between back-of-house and front-of-house crews.
• Develop crew members to be future Kitchen Leaders.
• Communicate effectively with crew and customers to ensure great service and throughput.
• Ensure kitchen cleanliness, sanitation, and proper stocking.
• Monitor equipment and ensure timely repairs.
• Ensure safety guidelines are followed to prevent injuries.
• Complete MSDS and FIFO documentation.
