Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill is seeking a Kitchen Leader to train Crew and manage food preparation, quality and safety standards. You will order supplies, keep the kitchen organized, and coach Crew members to grow into future Kitchen Leaders.

The role emphasizes teamwork, fast service, and maintaining high food quality while upholding Chipotle’s Food With Integrity philosophy and safety protocols.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Restaurant experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Cook and prep food to order following kitchen procedures.
• Monitor food quality and waste; resolve issues.
• Support a strong team dynamic between back of house and front of house.
• Develop Crew members to be future Kitchen Leaders.
• Communicate effectively with Crew members and customers to ensure great service.
• Keep kitchen clean, organized, and well stocked; maintain equipment.
• Ensure safety guidelines and MSDS documentation are followed.
