Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill in Memphis is seeking a Kitchen Leader to help prepare high-quality food, grill meats, and sauté vegetables to order. You’ll oversee kitchen cleanliness, stock, and equipment maintenance while training Crew to become future Kitchen Leaders.

This is a hands-on role focused on teamwork and delivering an outstanding guest experience. Responsibilities include adhering to food safety standards, reducing waste, and supporting both back-of-house and front-of-house teams to meet

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Restaurant experience preferred.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare high-quality food by cooking to order and following kitchen procedures.
• Monitor inventory and food waste; ensure food quality and safety.
• Train Crew to become future Kitchen Leaders; promote teamwork between back of house and front of house.
• Maintain clean, organized, well-stocked kitchen and properly functioning equipment.
• Ensure safety guidelines are followed to prevent injuries.
