You’ll ensure food is prepared safely, efficiently, and to Chipotle’s standards, while maintaining a clean, well-stocked kitchen and supporting a strong team dynamic.

Qualifications

• Have a restaurant background with hands-on kitchen experience.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills are essential.
• Ability to understand and articulate Chipotle’s Food With Integrity philosophy.
• Must speak, write and understand the primary language of the work location.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook food to order and follow kitchen procedures.
• Maintain clean, organized, and stocked work stations.
• Ensure quality and safety of food daily and monitor inventory.
• Train Crew members to become future Kitchen Leaders.
• Collaborate with Back-of-House and Front-of-House teams to ensure great customer service.
• Keep equipment in good repair and report malfunctions quickly.
• Follow safety guidelines to prevent injuries and accidents.
