Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill in Warwick, RI seeks a Kitchen Leader to learn food preparation, grill meats, and sauté vegetables while ensuring quality and safety. You will order ingredients and train Crew to become future Kitchen Leaders, all within a fast-paced, teamwork-driven environment.

The role emphasizes promoting teamwork, excellent customer service, and maintaining clean, well-stocked kitchens. You will lead by example, support Crew to achieve station goals, and contribute to a great guest

Qualifications

• Speak, write, and understand the primary language(s) of the work location.
• High school diploma.
• Restaurant experience.
• Fosters a collaborative team environment and safe food handling.

Responsibilities

• Follow Chipotle policies and procedures while preparing food to order.
• Monitor food waste and inventory and resolve quality issues.
• Support a strong team dynamic between back of house and front of house crews.
• Develop Crew members into future Kitchen Leaders.
• Communicate effectively with Crew members and customers to ensure great service.
• Ensure kitchen cleanliness and sanitation, and proper equipment maintenance.
• Help prevent injuries by enforcing safety guidelines.
• Complete MSDS and FIFO documentation as required.
