Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Follow Chipotle policies and procedures; cook and prep food to order.
• Monitor food waste and inventory; resolve quality issues.
• Support a strong team dynamic between back-of-house and front-of-house crews.
• Develop crew members to become future Kitchen Leaders.
• Communicate effectively with crew members and customers for great service and throughput.
• Keep kitchen clean, organized, and properly sanitized; ensure equipment is maintained.
