Responsibilities

• Cook and prep food to order following procedures.
• Monitor waste, inventory, and resolve quality issues.
• Support strong team dynamics between back-of-house and front-of-house.
• Develop crew members to become future Kitchen Leaders.
• Communicate with crew and customers to ensure great service.
• Keep the kitchen clean, sanitized, and equipment well-maintained.
• Assist with MSDS and FIFO processes as needed.
