Responsibilities

• Prepare great food, grill meats, and sauté vegetables.
• Ensure food quality and safety of Chipotle’s dishes.
• Keep kitchen clean, organized and well stocked.
• Train Crew to become future Kitchen Leaders.
• Promote teamwork between back of house and front of house crews.
• Ensure equipment is properly maintained and repaired when needed.
• Maintain a safe kitchen environment and proper MSDS handling.
